How F Health Works

Health Mirror

Your AI-powered health summary. The Mirror automatically analyses all your logged data — entries, labs, workouts, medical notes — and generates a personalised health status, key findings, specialist referral recommendations, and an action plan.

1. Log any health data (entries, labs, workouts)
2. Open Dashboard → Health Mirror tab
3. View your live status, findings, and AI-generated action plan
4. Click the entry count cards to jump to that data section

Log Entries (Multi-entry Batch)

Record vitals, mood, sleep, symptoms, medications, and more. Log a single measurement or batch multiple entries together in one session. Each entry (or batch) receives a unique R-XXXXXX result number that can be referenced in medical notes.

1. Dashboard → Log Entry tab
2. Select entry type, enter value, date/time
3. Click "+ Add another measurement" to stage more entries
4. Click "Save All" — all entries are saved with a shared batch R-number

Lab Results

Track blood test markers, imaging, and panel results with reference ranges. Abnormal values are flagged automatically. Each result gets an R-XXXXXX number for cross-referencing with medical notes.

1. Dashboard → Lab Results tab
2. Select marker from the dropdown, enter value and reference range
3. Save — the result is auto-flagged as normal, low or high
4. Reference the R-number in medical notes to link documents

Medical Notes

A complete medical document system. Create doctor visit reports, specialist reports, prescriptions (multi-medication), medical certificates, vaccination records, allergy tests, blood test reports, and surgery notes. Link R-XXXXXX results. Download as PDF or print with your clinic signature and logo.

1. Dashboard → Medical Notes tab
2. Select note type — type-specific fields appear automatically
3. For prescriptions: add multiple medications with "+ Add another medication"
4. Link related R-XXXXXX test results using the checkbox picker
5. Click 🖨️ Print / PDF to generate a professional document with your logo and signature

Exercise & Workouts

Log workouts with activity type, duration, intensity, calories, and heart rate data. View exercise trends in the Charts tab and see your workout count on the Health Mirror.

1. Dashboard → Exercise tab
2. Select activity, enter duration and intensity
3. Save — appears in your workout history and Health Mirror

Health Profile & Medical History

A comprehensive personal health profile including vitals, lifestyle, chronic conditions, medications, allergies — plus a full medical history form (past surgeries, hospitalisations, family history, vaccinations, emergency contact, insurance). Used by the AI Mirror for personalised recommendations.

1. Dashboard → Health Profile tab
2. Complete the basic vitals section (DOB, height, weight, blood type, etc.)
3. Scroll to Medical History — fill in past surgeries, family history, emergency contact
4. Save — the AI Mirror and Health Assistant use this to personalise insights

Calendar & Reminders

Schedule health events, medication reminders, and protocol tasks. Prescriptions saved as medical notes automatically create calendar reminders for each medication.

1. Dashboard → Calendar tab
2. Click a date to add an event or reminder
3. Prescriptions auto-create daily/weekly medication reminders
4. Receive email notifications at the scheduled time

For Clinics, Hospitals & Medical Professionals

Site (S-XXXXX) accounts manage patients and staff. Select a patient to view their complete health dashboard. Staff sub-accounts can log entries, write notes, and generate documents. Site administrators can upload a clinic logo and website URL — these appear on all printed medical documents.

1. Register as Doctor / Medical Professional or Organisation / Clinic
2. Go to Dashboard → select or add a patient
3. Add staff via Settings → Staff → Add Staff Member
4. Upload your clinic logo in Settings → Site Branding
5. All medical documents automatically include your logo, name, and signature

Generate Protocol (Personal)

Individual (private) account holders can generate a personalised AI health protocol for themselves. Describe your health goal and the AI creates a step-by-step programme tailored to you.

1. Dashboard → Generate Protocol tab (private accounts)
2. Choose a goal or describe what you want to achieve
3. The AI generates a protocol using your health profile and data
4. Follow the protocol or save it to your dashboard

Generate Protocol (Clinics)

Clinic and staff accounts can generate personalised health protocols for any patient based on their health profile, lab results, and Health Mirror findings.

1. Select a patient from the patient list
2. Go to Dashboard → Generate Protocol tab
3. Review the AI-generated protocol suggestions
4. Assign or export the protocol for the patient

AI Health Assistant

Chat with the F Health AI — ask health questions, get personalised guidance based on your logged data, and receive evidence-based protocol suggestions. Available 24/7.

1. Click the chat bubble (bottom-right of any page)
2. Ask any health question or describe a symptom
3. The AI uses your health profile and data to personalise responses
4. Complex issues escalate to the admin team for follow-up

1. Go to Protocols in the top menu
2. Filter by category or health goal
3. Purchase for $5 — access is permanent
4. Follow the step-by-step programme from your Dashboard

Security & GDPR

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Single-device login prevents unauthorised concurrent sessions. Full GDPR compliance — you can request access, export, or deletion of all your data at any time.

1. All logins generate a new session token — old sessions are invalidated
2. If you log in on a new device, the old session is automatically terminated
3. Request data export or deletion: support@fovisto.com
4. Subscription cancellation: Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Cancel

🔢 What is an R-XXXXXX number?

Every health entry and lab result you log receives a unique R-number (e.g. R-001234). This number lets you link test results directly to medical notes and documents — creating a traceable, audit-ready clinical record.

How to use it

• Log an entry or lab result → note its R-number
• Open Medical Notes → create a note
• In "Link Test Results", tick the R-numbers you want to attach
• When you print/PDF the note, all linked results are referenced
